We recruit to specific profiles to ensure that only the best people work in our sales teams. We’ve developed a multi-faceted approach to candidate attraction, using our internal database of over 15,000 people in conjunction with both specialist and generalist on-line advertising. No role is too niche for us to recruit for and our strategy allows us to move fast and recruit high volumes of staff over short lead times when necessary.
