Experience and Background

Danielle joined Cosine in April 2006 as a Senior Account Coordinator and was promoted to Account Executive in January 2007.

Danielle provides operational support to Kraft Foods in Retail. This involves ensuring that there is a process for the Field Sales Advisors to follow in call, a method to capture their call information and that a process exists for their weekly payment.
Danielle maintains and monitors database integrity at all times to ensure the call files are up to date. Danielle supports the field team, ensuring a two-way communication channel between the field team and head office. Danielle attends and takes part in Team, Field and Activity Planning meetings with Kraft and the Cosine Business Manager.

Danielle also provided support in setting up the “In House Data Capture” for MBNA gaining knowledge of Direct Sales within the Company. This involved meeting with the Field and Business Manager’s to discuss new processes, rolling out the new process and Training the Data Management team.

Danielle has 3 years previous experience in the field marketing industry.
