Experience and Background
Helen is Services Director for Cosine, heading up operational service delivery and managing service levels with out-sourced suppliers. This entails constant review and re-design of processes and resources to ensure Cosine is equipped to deliver efficient and innovative solutions for its clients. Helen’s heritage is in project and process management through activity she implemented within CPM, Hallmark and Penna.
Prior to the Cosine role, Helen worked for CPM for 8 years, much of which time she was Client Operations Director. In this role, Helen had responsibility for the operations teams supporting face-to-face contract clients and in particular worked closely with Masterfoods and Gillette.
Before Field Marketing, Helen spent 3 years as Project Planning Manager for Penna plc, an HR Consultancy. Here she was responsible for planning outplacement projects for major organisations restructuring their businesses, such as; BT; Nat West Bank; GlaxoWellcome [GSK]; Forte; Norwich Union.
Prior to this, Helen held a number of roles during 14 years with Hallmark Cards, the world’s leading greetings cards manufacturer. Roles centred around helping individual retailers open specialist greetings cards shops and included the management of; store design; POS design and sourcing; year round display planning; scheduling all suppliers and shopfitters for new store openings. Helen was also a member of the project team that set up a Fixture Distribution Centre to supply display fixtures for 3 brands within the Hallmark Group.
