Experience and Background

Kelly is Operations Manager at Cosine and has been with the company since its creation in 2005.

With her team of Account Executives and Co-ordinators she works to support Cosine’s Branded Sampling programme. Kelly is responsible for all operational processes from handover of the sale from our selling partners 7 Publishing, through to client reporting on the success of each campaign. Kelly works closely with Sainsbury’s and the brands to ensure that our service offering meets requirements.

Previous to Sainsbury’s Branded Sampling, Kelly was Operations Manager for our clients in the financial, utilities and FMCG/Retail environments. Here she was responsible for process management and efficiency, working very closely with our client service team and their clients to understand their businesses and ensure that our operational service delivery meets their needs.

Before joining Cosine, Kelly worked for 7 years within CPM. Here she gathered experience working on new activity set ups, managing complex projects and worked to support clients in varied sectors including 4 years as the Senior Account Executive for CPM’s largest client - Asda Sampling.

Kelly graduated with a 2:1 BA (hons) in Business and Marketing Communications.
