Why did you decide to join Cosine? 5 years ago Cosine was a young small agency with a dynamic feel and lots of ambitious plans and I wanted to be part of a business that was going places.
What sort of projects have you been working on? I have looked after various clients through very different campaigns. I’m responsible for the whole P&L and Return On Investment (ROI) of my business unit and I’ve worked with the likes of Kraft, Dior and Britvic.
Has your role changed since you joined us? As the business has grown my role has become much more diverse. I’ve been seconded onto different projects and areas which has given me an excellent understanding of all aspects of the business.
How have you changed since you joined the company? The environment has made me more adaptable, there are always new challenges and projects and you learn to think on your feet very quickly.
What have you been up to today? I’ve had a FRIDAY session with my manager which is our monthly appraisal and get together. I’ve also had a budget and reconciliation meeting for my current client.
