Your Flying Start

Getting to know each other is really important when you start a new role. If you are in a role in the Field we put together a bespoke programme for you. This includes an introduction to Cosine and information on the client and particular activities you will be supporting.

For roles in the Sales Support Centre (SSC) at Haddenham, we have a ‘Flying Start’ programme during your first month to introduce you to the team and help you learn about what we do in more detail.
