We use Insights profiling to help all our field managers and sales support centre people better understand their own styles of working and how they can adapt their approach to work better with other people.

It’s a tool that uses colours to describe a range of styles of working. It’s now embedded within our culture, fostering a really collaborative working environment where we take time to understand each other.
