Purpose of role

The ongoing management, training and development of team members and supporting them to achieve and exceed their business and sales targets across a variety of different market sectors.

Responsibilities

You’ll be developing and implementing strategies to sustain business growth and maintaining budgetary control for all aspects of your team. You’ll also be coaching and developing staff; reviewing performance and working to retain high quality team members across different market sectors.

Attributes, knowledge and experience required

You’ll need to show experience in effective coaching, people management and the ability to motivate a team. You’ll also need a track record in a field management role, good organisational skills and be able to demonstrate how you can make a difference.
