At the heart of our business are the people who work as ambassadors on behalf of client brands. With access to over 3,000 promotional staff we can select a team that complements brand requirements. Our investment in a dedicated Training Manager ensures our event management team are continually challenged and motivated to deliver outstanding results. In the past year we have also developed specialist training: Chartered Institute of Environmental Health for food hygiene and Wines & Spirits Education Trust Foundation Course in food and wine matching to meet specific briefs from brands.

Sales Evaluation

As a data led field sales agency, using data insights to drive campaigns is integral to our success. Over recent years we have developed strategic alliances with Litmus and Nectar to ensure that from planning to evaluation we use the right information to develop your strategy. To measure all elements of a campaign we overlay sales and shopping insights with consumer feedback. This can be basic data collection at the event or using our dedicated audit team to conduct insight interviews. We have also worked with a sister agency to develop a complete CRM plan, which measures brand awareness pre, during and post activity; building a loyal consumer database that you can interact with on an on-going basis.
